1- Customer places replacement parts order
through our call center. Order is entered into
system and confirmed to customer.  Parts may
also be ordered directly from our sister
company's website
www.imsup.com.  
2- Factory ships order directly from Brazil.  All
replacement parts are sent at no extra cost to
importer or consumer.
3- Customer receives order at home in 2-3
business days after it was placed.
